Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, promotions, weekends, and public holidays.

Free shipping is available on orders containing two or more items, where available at checkout.

For single-item orders, the applicable shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Delivery times depend on your location, local courier availability, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to become active.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

For international orders, local customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
