REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Lyon Moreau, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item or items you wish to return

We will send you the return instructions.

Returned items must be sent back in clean, complete, and reasonably unused condition. Please include all original parts, accessories, and packaging where possible.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. However, we may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its condition and function.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
